It’s no secret I am a huge advocate of CBD Oil and use the plant-medicine on a daily basis for several purposes. So, it’s no surprise that I also give my dog, Lucy, CBD oil! To give you a little background on Lucy, she is an 11-year-old Pomeranian who I am lucky to say is in fantastic health. It’s actually quite impressive that for a pup her age she can do repetitive laps around Central Park or play fetch for hours on end. But she does struggle with some joint inflammation as well as quite a bit of anxiety. To elaborate, she still is a little skeptical of her food bowl that she has eaten out of for 5 years.
I first came across celery juice when my friend Remy and I were picking up some juice freezes at Pressed Juicery. Remy decided to order a shot of celery juice just to try and honestly at the time I thought it was disgusting. Well, after our trip to Pressed Juicery I started to notice celery juice popping up everywhere, especially on Instagram, so I decided I had to give it a second chance. It’s funny how our taste buds adapt over time because now I find myself drinking celery juice every damn day!
Holy 2019, where did the time go? One thing I know for sure is that 2018 fell nothing short of a year full of self-care. I mean just check out the hashtag on Instagram and there are over 10 million post of people sharing their workout routines, delicious looking smoothies and bowls, and cabinets full of clean beauty products. But none of this is going anywhere in 2019 and it’s only going to get better.
Do you follow the moon cycles? I remember as a kid, my dad and I would take his telescope out into the yard and gaze up at the planets and stars. I was fascinated. Sadly, as I got older and times changed the tradition stopped and my interest in our solar system slowly began to fade. That is until I found my passion as a well-preneur and I began to incorporate astrology and moon rituals into my lifestyle.
How many times have you said "I really need to go to the gym" or " I should probably start working out again."? Probably more than you can count. I was once one of those who was very guilty of procrastinating when it came to working out and sometimes still am. I would have all intentions of making it to the gym or a workout class, but then would end up skipping it and guilt myself for not just going to the class. I've kind of learned that yoga pants are much more efficient during a workout than worn on the couch.
