For me, inflammation is the root of all evil causing tensions headaches and my shoulders to scrunch up by my ears. Inflammation occurs in the body as a defense mechanism that recognizes damaged cells, irritants, and pathogens and acts to try and heal the problematic areas. Unfortunately, the inflammation I experience is chronic and caused by severe cervical disc herniations and injuries.
