Holy summer, it is freakin’ hot outside! And in my opinion there is nothing quite like a cold fruity smoothie on a hot and humid day.……am I right or what!? While it sounds amazing to start your day off with an hour yoga class at your favorite studio, it’s not always realistic. A quick energizing yoga practice can be just as beneficial and even more effective than starting your day with a big ole’ cup of coffee.
